OOMO stands behind the quality of every pair of slides we make. If your order arrives damaged or defective, or if your slides develop a qualifying issue during normal use, we will work with you to make it right.
Damaged or Defective Upon Arrival
If your order arrives damaged, defective, or otherwise not in its intended condition, please contact us at contact@oomo.store as soon as possible.
Please include:
- Your order number
- A description of the issue
- Clear photos or videos showing the damage or defect
- A photo of the shipping packaging, if the damage occurred during transit
Once the issue has been reviewed and approved by our team, we will arrange a replacement or exchange at no additional cost.
30-Day Limited Warranty
OOMO slides are covered by a limited warranty for 30 days from the delivery date.
If your slides become damaged or develop a manufacturing defect during proper and intended use within this period, please contact us with your order number and clear photos or videos of the issue.
Once approved by our team, we will issue a replacement or exchange for the affected item. If the original item is no longer available, we may offer a comparable replacement or store credit.
What Is Not Covered
This warranty does not cover:
- Normal wear and tear
- Cosmetic changes caused by regular use
- Damage caused by improper use, misuse, accidents, or neglect
- Damage caused by excessive heat, prolonged water exposure, chemicals, or improper cleaning
- Cuts, punctures, abrasions, or damage caused by sharp or rough surfaces
- Damage caused by unauthorized repairs or alterations
- Lost or stolen items
- Products purchased from unauthorized third-party sellers
Slight variations in texture, finish, or appearance that do not affect the function of the slides are not considered defects.
Warranty Claims
All warranty claims are subject to review and approval by OOMO. We may request additional photos, videos, or other information to verify the issue.
OOMO may also require the affected item to be returned before a replacement, exchange, or store credit is issued. When a return is required for an approved warranty claim, we will provide instructions and a prepaid return shipping label.
This limited warranty applies only to the original purchaser and is valid for orders placed directly through OOMO or an authorized retailer.
