Please allow 3–5 business days for your order to be processed before shipment. During peak seasons, processing may require additional time as our team carefully prepares your OOMO slides.
Orders are shipped from Atlanta, Georgia, or Los Angeles, California. The delivery estimates provided at checkout refer only to the time your order is in transit and do not include order-processing time. We do not process or ship orders on weekends or U.S. federal holidays. Orders placed during these times will begin processing on the next business day, including orders placed with expedited shipping. Shipping options and rates are calculated at checkout. At this time, we ship within the United States, including APO/FPO addresses and U.S. territories.

2. Shipping Methods and Rates:
- Standard shipping is fulfilled through USPS Ground Advantage.
- Free shipping is available on orders of $100 or more.
- Additional shipping options may be available at checkout, including UPS Ground and UPS 2nd Day Air. Available methods, estimated transit times, and shipping rates are calculated based on your order and delivery address.
3. Processing Time:
- Orders are generally processed and shipped within 3–5 business days.
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information. Please allow up to 48 hours for tracking updates to appear after your shipping confirmation is sent.
- During peak seasons or periods of high order volume, processing may require additional time.
4. Estimated Delivery Times:
- Estimated delivery times begin after your order has been processed and dispatched.
- Standard shipping generally arrives within 3–5 business days after dispatch.
- UPS 2nd Day Air generally arrives within 2 business days after dispatch.
- Delivery estimates are not guaranteed. Carrier delays, severe weather, holidays, address issues, and other circumstances outside OOMO’s control may affect delivery times.
5. Tracking Your Order:
- Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information. You can use the provided tracking number to monitor the progress of your delivery.
- Tracking information may take up to 48 hours to update after the carrier receives your package.
6. Shipping Carriers:
- The shipping carrier may vary depending on your location, order, and selected shipping method.
- Orders qualifying for complimentary standard shipping will generally be shipped through USPS Ground Advantage.
7. Shipping Address:
- Please review your shipping address carefully before completing your purchase. OOMO is not responsible for delays, failed deliveries, or lost packages caused by an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.
- When possible, our team may contact you if an address issue is identified before shipment. However, we cannot guarantee that address errors will be detected or corrected before an order is dispatched.
8. Lost or Damaged Shipments:
- Once a package has been transferred to the shipping carrier, delivery is subject to the carrier’s handling and service.
- If your shipment appears to be lost, stolen, or arrives damaged, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will review the situation and may assist you with submitting a carrier claim.
- OOMO cannot guarantee reimbursement or replacement for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
9. Returns Due to Shipping Issues:
- If an order is returned to us because of an incorrect or incomplete address, refusal of delivery, or failure to collect or receive the package, additional shipping fees may apply before the order can be sent again.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
10. Order Modifications and Cancellations:
- Please contact us as soon as possible if you need to modify or cancel your order.
- We will make reasonable efforts to accommodate your request, but changes and cancellations cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

RETURN & EXCHANGE

The mission of OOMO is to make YOU feel better, and in style. If you aren't satisfied with your OOMO purchase, we will gladly accept a return or exchange up to 30 days from the delivery date of your order. There is no return fee, unless specified below.
Eligibility:
- Items marked as Sale are final sale and are not eligible for returns. You may contact our team to request an exchange, subject to approval.
- Slides must be unworn or only lightly tried on, unwashed, undamaged, and returned in their original condition and packaging.
- Gift cards cannot be returned or exchanged.
- Depending on the condition of the returned item, a restocking fee of $10–$15 may be deducted from your refund or store credit.
- Original shipping charges are non-refundable.
- Returns must not be mailed to our facility without prior authorization. OOMO is not responsible for shipping costs, lost packages, or processing issues resulting from failure to follow the return instructions provided by our team.
- OOMO is not responsible for any non-OOMO merchandise returned to our facility
- OOMO products purchased online from EBAY, TEMU, Poshmark, ThredUp, or other unauthorized third-party sellers are not eligible for return, exchange or warranty claim, as we do not authorize our retailers to sell on such sites.
Exchange:
- To request an exchange, contact contact@oomo.store within 30 days of the delivery date. Please include your order number and the reason for the exchange.
- If your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.
- Once we receive the item, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements. Approved exchanges will be issued as store credit only, which can be used to place a new order for your preferred item, size, or color.
Return:
- To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@oomo.store within 14 days of the delivery date and include your order number and the reason for the return.
- If your request is approved, we will provide a prepaid return shipping label and instructions for returning the item.
- Once we have recevied your returned item, we will inspect it to confirm if it's in an acceptable condition.
- Once the returned item has been received, our team will inspect it to confirm that it meets the eligibility requirements. Approved refunds will be issued to the original payment method, excluding original shipping charges and any applicable $10–$15 restocking fee.
- You will receive an email confirming the final refund amount. After the refund is issued, please allow up to five business days for it to appear in your account, depending on your payment provider or financial institution.
